AirDrop now available on more Android phones: compatible models and how to use it

How to take advantage of AirDrop on Pixel
Simply go to Settings > Quick Share and activate the Share with Apple devices option. Then, from the gallery or any file app, share and choose Quick Share to send to a nearby iPhone or Mac.

Recently, brands like Oppo and Vivo have joined the party. For example, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra and the Vivo X300 Ultra already allow sending files to Apple devices with the same ease.
How to use AirDrop on these phones
As with Pixel and Samsung, you need to activate Quick Share and select the option to share with Apple devices. The transfer is as simple as selecting the file and choosing the receiving Apple device.
