The Ametller Origen group has announced that the professionals working at the central workshop in Olèrdola will receive an average salary increase of 20% over the next two years. This measure, which will take effect in the May payroll, is part of the Arrels Project, an initiative that seeks to promote professional development and workplace well-being.

The raises are added to already implemented benefits such as the free private medical insurance for the entire staff, which includes dental coverage, medication subsidies, physiotherapy services, and discounts on various services.
