The major projects that will transform Reus
Renovation of seats at the Municipal Stadium
With 339 votes, the replacement of the seats at the Municipal Stadium is the most voted large project. A change aimed at improving the experience of spectators in a historic space that had not undergone a significant update.
Improvements to the playgrounds of public schools
The renovation of play structures in the playgrounds of Reus public schools received 294 votes. This initiative seeks safer and more attractive school spaces for children, a need that citizens have made visible with their vote.

Process, execution, and monitoring of the projects
How the chosen projects will be managed
Municipal technical services will draft the projects and start the bidding process for the works. Communication with the people who proposed the ideas will be direct to refine details and ensure that what the citizens have chosen is executed.
Phases and evaluation of the participatory process
Between May 8 and June 8, 2026, the public feedback on the projects will be made and their execution will begin. A questionnaire will also be provided to improve future editions, and technical and citizen monitoring will be carried out until full execution.
With 11 projects ranging from stadium seats to playgrounds and solar charging points, the citizens of Reus have launched a small urban revolution that still has to demonstrate its capacity for real transformation.
