<p style="text-align: justify;">La sessió anirà a càrrec de <strong>Marta Conesa</strong>, <strong>dietista-nutricionista i especialista en Psiconeuroimmunologia (PNI)</strong>, que explicarà com adaptar l’alimentació al canvi d’estació i com petits canvis en la dieta poden ajudar a millorar l’energia i el benestar.</p>
